EXTERIOR REBRANDING
At the recent and completed project we were challenged to find a new identity for two office buildings located at a busy crossroad in the heart of Lakewood, Colorado.
The buildings have good bones, but exterior was outdated and desperately needed a new memorable face.

paint color, graphics, new material accents to give owners ideas and time to make final decision.

For old and older commercial buildings rebranding is a way to go to find new, outstanding upgrade
for a business or office building. This action can generate more traffic and possible leases to the building and create much more friendly urban landscape for all to enjoy.
