Rebecca is the president and founder of McDermott Associates, with more than 35 years of experience in the industry. As president, Rebecca is responsible for the overall management of the firm and business development. She has built a culture of providing exceptional customer service, consistent client relations and collaboration.
Today, under her leadership, McDermott Associates develops creative solutions for commercial, medical, government, and corporate spaces of all sizes.
Gerry Lannom, R.A.
Gerry serves as Project Manager at McDermott Associates, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the commercial architectural field. He is technically versed at ANSI and building code compliancy, ADA evaluation and BOMA square footage. His strong communication and listening skills as well as his ability to problem solve allow him to manage a variety of architectural projects.
