Gerry Lannom serves as Project Manager at McDermott Associates, bringing more than 20 years of experience in commercial architectural development to the role. Gerry is responsible for managing all aspects of design projects for our clients, including programming, design and space planning, documentation and construction administration. His strong communication and listening skills as well as his ability to problem solve creatively and diplomatically allow him to manage a variety of architectural projects for corporate and commercial clients of all sizes.
Prior to joining McDermott Associates, Gerry served as a project manager and project architect on a variety of accounts spanning from the United States Attorney’s Offices to Century Theatres to Tiffany & Co. In these roles, Gerry was responsible for programming, design and space planning, documentation, and construction administration. Gerry is able to effectively manage design and construction teams, coordinating all project requirements to exceed client expectations. By offering expert oversight of our clients’ schedules and budgets, Gerry ensures continuous progress of projects that are completed on time and within budget.
Throughout his career, Gerry has served on committees with the American Institute of Architects, as well as boards for several non-profit organizations, including Saranam and the American Cancer Societies’ Annual Taste Fest fund raising event.
